REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

    We welcome returns and exchanges under the following circumstances:

Items are returned within 7 days of receipt.
Items must be in unused condition with original packaging and tags.

Customized or personalized items
Not with original tags

  • Return and Exchange Process
    If you wish to return or exchange an item, please follow the steps below:

Contact Customer Service:

Before deciding to return an item, please contact our Customer Service team via email at [email protected] stating your order number and the reason for your return or exchange.
Getting a Return Authorization:

Our Customer Service team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return address upon receiving your request. Please make sure to include this number in your return package.
Preparing your return package:

Make sure the item is unused and returned in its original packaging. Please include the RMA number on the outside of the package.
Returning Items:

Send your return using a trackable shipping method to ensure that the package arrives safely at our return address.
Waiting for Processing:

Once we receive the item and confirm that it is eligible for return, your refund or exchange request will be processed within 10 business days.

    Refund Policy

    Refunds will be issued to the original payment method you used for purchase, minus any shipping and possible handling fees.
    If you choose to exchange the item, additional shipping costs may apply.

    • Shipping Costs
      If the return or exchange is due to our error (such as sending the wrong item or the item is damaged), we will cover the return shipping costs.
      If the return is requested for other reasons, the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
